When you book with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the service, date and time of your appointment. Booking is handled through Vagaro, our online scheduling partner, so those details are also stored in their system under their own privacy policy.
If you text or email us, we keep that conversation so we can answer your question and handle your booking. Our website also records basic visit information such as which pages were viewed, so we can understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
To schedule, confirm and manage your appointments, send reminders you asked for, reply to your messages, and keep your visit safe — for example, notes about a health condition or pregnancy you choose to share with us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: Vagaro for booking and payments, our phone and email providers for messages, and our website host for analytics. Each of them only receives what it needs to do that job.

Our website uses cookies and similar technology to remember your language choice, keep your booking flow working, and measure which pages are visited. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as expected.
Health and safety information
If you tell us about a health condition, injury or pregnancy, we keep only what is needed to keep your session safe. This is not a medical record, and our staff do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to serve you, honor appointment history, and meet legal and tax requirements. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices

Children
Our sessions are intended for adults. Someone under 18 should book only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
